Job Summary

Are you interested in e-commerce and want to be part of a fast growing company? As a Public Relations Associate at PConline365, you will support the Operations Manager in a variety of tasks. In your role, you will be maintaining our company’s image, writing press-related material, and managing our social media platforms. The salary range for this Associate position is $3600 - $4000/month. The range for monthly bonus is 0~10%.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:


Maintaining our company’s image

  • Contact customers to understand their perception of our company.

  • Establish and maintain a positive relationship with our consumers, vendors, community, employees, and public interest groups.

  • Take ownership in delivering high-quality results in assigned tasks and projects.

  • Multitask across a variety of projects, triaging as necessary to ensure success.


Writing press-related material 

  • Respond to requests for information from the media and write press releases and prepare information for the media to promote our business.

  • Plan programs to maintain favorable public and internal views of our company’s agenda and accomplishments. 

  • Analyze our company’s objectives and build PR strategies that influence public opinion and promote products, ideas, and services.

  • Prepare company materials that are directed to internal and external audiences. 

  • Update and maintain our company’s digital content. 


Managing our social media platforms

  • Represent our company and brand while promoting on Social media platforms.

  • Create marketing communications and social media posts.

  • Proofread and edit reports, presentations, and client-facing materials.

  • Maintain credible and professional relationships with external vendors, clients, and contractors.

  • Other duties and projects may be assigned based on needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business and Public administration, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, English, Marketing or related fields.

  • 1-3 years experience working in public relations, e-Commerce company, or in marketing and sales.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

  • The ability to multitask and prioritize and strong organizational skills are a must.

  • Exhibit creative thinking, research skills, inquisitiveness, attention to detail, and social media savvy.

  • Have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with working with cross-functional and diverse groups is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workplace is required.

  • Proficiency in English is required. 

  • We are open to accepting candidates with OPT.

  • There is a one-month probationary period.
