Job Summary
Are you interested in e-commerce and computers? As a Production Technician and Specialist at PCOnline, you will join our growing team responsible for computer customization, quality control, and inspection, return processing, and teamwork engagement. The job location is in Newark, Delaware. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. The base salary is $18 per hour. All hours beyond 40 hours are calculated at 1.5 times of the regular hourly pay.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
Computer Customization and Quality Control
Customize computers according to specified demands
Utilize tools to perform quality checks on the computer parameters
Record computer specifications and save to the system
Complete repetitive and fairly simple operations based on requirements
Return Processing
Perform basic troubleshooting on the returned computers and process them according to requirements
Examine and verify the performance of the returned products and confirm the completeness of all accessories
Participate in teamwork
Communicate fully with team members and complete work efficiently
Provide timely feedback to relevant personnel regarding the opportunities encountered at work
Qualifications and Requirements
Being detail-oriented, being able to take on responsibilities, and being hands-on are preferred.
The company will provide all the training needed to complete the job.
There is a three-month probationary period.
