Job Summary
Are you interested in computers and electronics products? Do you plan to join an adventure in the fast-growing e-commerce industry? Join the Marketplace Operation Department which consists of our Content Team, Customer Service Team, and Account Operation Team. As a Marketing Assistant/Associate in the Marketplace Operations Department, you will learn with each team for about 2 months to fully understand each function and take on some of the responsibilities to advance the whole department. After this, you will have the chance to join or become the team leader for one of the teams, or continue to support the Manager and the department holistically. The base salary is $4000 ~ $4500.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Providing Marketplace Support:
Coordinate with our Internal Marketing department, and assist them to edit and enhance the quality of product pictures
Interact with customers by providing timely, accurate, and courteous responses to customers’ concerns and questions about our products and services
Monitor customer feedback, address customer concerns to related departments and uphold our outstanding positive ratings across all marketplaces
Monitor outbound inventory shipment, issue claims for lost shipments, or other shipment issues with the marketplace support team
Study the marketplace selling policies and update our internal procedures
Manage multiple projects at the same time and finish the assigned tasks ahead of the schedule
Leading Multifaceted Communication
Collaborate internally and across multiple departments to resolve operation issues
Conduct comprehensive research and communicate externally with the Marketplace Support Team to discuss solutions
Regularly check marketplace notifications and ensure the products listed are always in compliance with marketplace policies
Summarize and document resolved issues in the database for future references
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is required, and all majors are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of electronic products is highly desirable.
Proficiency in English is required. Working knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workplace is required.
Proficiency in Excel is highly recommended.
