The ideal candidate applies critical thinking skills and forms strong partnerships throughout the organization. You will join our growing team responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and expertise, cultivating a sustainable talent pipeline, completing defined tasks and leading projects, and engaging in multifaceted communication. The base salary for an Associate is $4000-4500/month, and the range for monthly bonus is 0~10%.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Providing Comprehensive HR Support and Expertise
Research benefit offerings, participate in designing attractive benefit program and prepare materials to share with executives, managers and employees
Manage and improve the current performance evaluation process
Support the HR Manager to design company-wide employee training programs to improve the employee’s adherence to company’s policies, procedures and organizational alignment
Design events, programs and activities to enhance employee engagement
Engage in designing HR module under the company ERP system
Assist with payroll implementation and complete assigned tasks
Cultivating a Sustainable Talent Pipeline
Source and identify talent through creative and traditional avenues
Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities and provide an excellent level of care to both the hiring team and the candidate
Perform initial screening, coordinate interview schedules and participate in all rounds of interviews
Provide insights by analyzing current and future hiring needs and propose recommendation for recruiting
Maintain current recruiting channels and actively seek opportunities to expand recruiting platforms
Completing Defined Tasks and Leading Projects
Take ownership in delivering high-quality results in assigned tasks and projects
Proactively analyze, make recommendations and solve mission-critical issues
Exemplify company culture, mission and core values, represent strong work ethics and keep confidentiality in all applicable interactions
Other duties and projects may be assigned based on needs
Engaging in Multifaceted Communication
Provide company-wide communication to inform all employees
Partner with other departments to set priorities, meet deadlines, and follow up
Communicate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and assist with requests, workflow and HR questions
Support our Managers to achieve department goals and company goals
Maintain high standards of confidentiality and exemplify sound, professional judgment in all encounters when representing the department and the company
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Laws, or 1-3 years of direct working experience in HR is required for this role.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workplace is required.
Experience with recruiting and onboarding in e-commerce is highly desirable.
The ability to conduct in-depth research and the ability to communicate with a diverse group of employees when sensitive and urgent issues arise are a must.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written and attention to detail are required.
Bilingual abilities in Mandarin Chinese and English are required.
Skills like critical thinking, prioritization, and the ability to multi-tasking are preferred.
