As a Digital Marketing Specialist on Paid Search Ads, you will take lead in advertisement development, optimization & innovation, communicate with both internal and external partners, rapidly develop your skills and create excellent results. The base salary is $4000-4600/month (Junior) or $4600-6000/month (Senior)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
Plan, build and implement data-driven paid search strategies
Manage day-to-day paid marketing activities on search engine platforms, including advertising setup, implementation, budget management, and optimization of paid search campaigns
Maintain and monitor keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, negative keywords, campaign targeting placements and other key account metrics
Help develop and strategize A/B testing in order to drive advertising efficiency, growth and innovation
Track and analyze all KPI’s for paid marketing campaigns, including internal and external competitor strategy analysis
Generating weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, including goal and revenue tracking
Keep pace with search and PPC industry trends and developments
Effectively Communicate with team and management on project status, timelines, and results
Basic Qualifications and Requirements
Include but not limited to:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Intelligence, Data analytics or relevant fields is required.
Minimum 1+ year of paid advertising experience is required.
Experience with paid search analytics and research tools (e.g, Google Ads, Keyword Planner, SEMRush, Google Analytics, etc.) is required.
Demonstrated ability to formulate and drive data-driven decisions is required.
Being proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workplace is required.
Hands-on experience and advanced skills on Excel (Formular, Pivot Table, etc.) and Google Sheets is a must.
Bilingual abilities in Mandarin Chinese and English are highly recommended.
The Can-Do attitude and abilities to maintain a keen attention to detail, perform data analysis independently, and work efficiently under pressure are required.
Able to multitask, stay organized, meet concurring deadlines, and solve problems independently is required.
Preferred Qualifications and Requirements
Include but not limited to:
Master’s degree and above in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Intelligence, Data analytics or relevant fields are preferred.
Minimum of 3+ years relevant industry experience in Paid Search across Google and Bing, with proven track record of exceeding KPIs is a plus
Marketing experience of eCommerce with a strong understanding is highly desirable.
Demonstrated expertise with A/B testing tools and methodologies within search is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports are preferred.
Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets for direct response campaigns with focus on driving top line revenue and sales is highly desired.
Exceptional ability to communicate cross-functionally within a highly energetic team is preferred.
AdWords certification is a plus
